They are inviting other large manufacturers to join them. Their coalition tried various approaches to guarantee service levels for Net-based business, but has settled on rating ISPs. I think the announced focus is Net-as-transport rather than advertising, so ratings refer to uptime, responsiveness, and other QoS measures. I expect this type of organization to grow in influence.
