Government spends too much time trying to control us when they can't even
control their spending. One thing leads to another, and the internet looks
like a big Dr. Seuss Newsgroup. The internet is information and should be
kept free just like the library should not ban books. The same goes for
Chruch, they need to focus on the "Worship of God" and keep out of
politics.....but that seems to be mainstream America, dont control yourself
and try to control other people

With the Decency Act hearings beginning the day following the show and
the issue of cybercensorship highly charged, "ENCARTA ON THE RECORD"
provides people with the perfect forum to express their concerns, ask
questions and voice their opinions regarding the issue.
