In the spirit of "Ties That Bind" conference, the third annual Community
Networking conference provides the practical applications required to
build and maintain a community-based network. "Bringing People Together"
is the forum where the foremost leaders in community networking will
share their "how to" experiences in: defining organizational structures,
establishing partnerships, sustainability, determining software/hardware
requirements, and getting schools online just to name a few. Experts
from government, technology, education, library, business, publishing and
health care arenas will share information through workshops, formal
presentations, panel discussion groups and informal gatherings.

Over the past few years we have discovered the power of community
networking. This year we will focus on the issues required to implement
one. By bringing people together, in 1996, we can make it happen!
