Subject: UPDATE : TO ALL PLAINTIFFS
We just received the Order from Judge Buckwalter about the TRO.
47 U.S.C. Section 223(a) regarding "indecency" is enjoined. "Patent
offensiveness" is *not* enjoined, nor is 223(d) regarding the abortion
provisions.
We believe you are still at risk of prosecution considering what we
believe to the be the vagueness regarding "patent offensiveness."
More details will follow tomorrow.
