A meeting announcement relevant to recent discussion here:

The next general meeting of SMUG, the Stanford/Palo Alto Macintosh User's
Group, will feature speakers from SurfWatch and RSA. SurfWatch is a program
that lets parents prevent their children from accessing objectionable
material over the internet. RSA is a key player in data encryption. If you
want to learn more about either one, come and listen and ask questions!

When:  Monday, September 11
Where: Roche Biosciences Building, 3401 Hillview Ave., Palo Alto.
